Warranty periods differ by product and brand. You’ll find the warranty for each item on its product page (under Warranty) and on the downloadable spec sheet. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in normal office use.
How to make a claim
- Send a photo of the problem and your order number on WhatsApp to +971 52 260 9790, or by email to orders@chelseagreen.net.
- We’ll check it with you and arrange a repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s terms.
